SALE AT "WEEKDAY"

...jaaaa! Das ist genau meine Zeit. Sale bei Weekday und am liebsten hätte ich alles. Allerdings sieht das penunzentechnisch nicht machbar aus...Gut, ich gebe mich mit weniger zufrieden!

Oh my god! It´s my time- Sale @"Weekday". I´d love to get all their clothes but unfortunately my purse says NOOOOO. Damn it. I´m ok with it but at least, I really need to get my faves! Fingers crossed!!!

ALLES NEU MACHT DER JUNI

...dachten sich wohl die kreativen Webdesigner hinter hm.com. Ich habe also, wie so viele andere, im Newsletter die große Ankündigung erhalten. Die neue Webseite soll jetzt noch einfacher zu bedienen sein. Ehrlich gesagt, habe ich es nie als besondere Herausforderung empfunden, online bei H&M zu bestellen, aber gut. Hopp, hopp auf die neue Seite. Aha, ah ja. Sieht gut aus. Durchaus. Es gibt jetzt sogar einen Ankleideraum. Interessant. Tatsächlich war ich anfangs davon begeistert, dachte ich doch, man könne die einzelnen Teile an Models mit unterschiedlichen Konfektionsgrößen sehen. Das wäre gar revolutionär. Doch weit gefehlt- man kann lediglich den Kopf verändern. Hm, um ehrlich zu sein, finde ich es nicht notwendig, zu schauen, ob das Kleid, welches im Katalog von einer Brünetten getragen wird, auch meinem blonden Typ steht...Also, guter Ansatz, aber leider unnötig. Ansonsten ist das Design schon ansprechend...Anscheinend haben eben diese Neuerungen das Kaufgen in einigen geweckt, denn sehr viele der Produkte sind jetzt schon ausverkauft.
Also, rein ins Vergnügen und Augen auf beim Köpfetausch.


Time for a change! Probably that´s what the creative heads behind hm.com thought. I got, like so many others, the big announcement in the newsletter. The new site will be even more easier to operate now. To be honest, I´ve never felt as a special challenge to order online at H&M. Well, ok. On the new page. Interesting. Anyway, it looks good. There is even a dressing room now. In fact I was initially impressed. I thought you could change the size of the models for customizing it to yourself. This would be revolutionary. But no. You´re just able to change the head. Erm, to be honest, I don´t think it´s necessary, to see if the dress which is worn by a brunette fits my blonde type as well. So good approach, but unfortunately unnecessary. Otherwise, the design is already appealing. It seems as though these innovations made people shop like crazy. A lot of the things are sold out by now.

LASS DIE KERNE IN DEN OLIVEN

Am Samstag spielt er endlich wieder. Der Grebe, Rainald. Bisher hatte ich 3 mal das Vergnügen und sogar sehr großes...es ist ein Fest. Diesmal nun also in der Waldbühne und ich weiß aus zuverlässiger Quelle, dass es noch einige hundert Restkarten gibt. Ist halt auch einfach mal die Waldbühne. Aber kann man ja mal machen. Neben ihm stehen auch noch einige Gäste( zb. Rene Marik) auf der Bühne und es wird an nichts gespart. Wahrscheinlich springt sogar der ein oder andere Tiger durchs Plakat. Wer weiß...

On Saturday he plays again. The Grebe, Rainald. I had the treasure 3 times so far and it has been great...it is a feast. So this time he plays in the "Waldbühne" and from a reliable source I know, there are still hundreds of remaining tickets. Well, I mean- it´s the Waldbühne. But go for it, Rainald! There are also some special guests on stage(like Rene Marik). There might be the one or other tiger jumping through a poster. Who knows...

DER IT-RING

Tja, wenn man einen Ring als solchen bezeichen kann, dann wohl den YSL-Arty Ring...
Ob Alexa Chung, Kim Kardashian oder Dree Hemingway- alle bekennen sich zur Liebe für dieses Schmuckstück. Blogger und It-Girls der ganzen Welt sind sich doch recht einig und fast jede ist der Meinung, an ihrer Hand würde dieser Schatz noch besser zur Geltung kommen...Leider kommt er mit 250$  nicht gerade geschenkt um die Ecke.
Bei ebay habe ich einen ähnlichen Schatz gefunden. Natürlich nicht echt. Vermutlich kommt auch das It-Gefühl nicht auf. Aber für jeden, der den Ring einfach schön findet, ist das vielleicht ´ne gute Übergangslösung- zumindest bis Weihnachten...

Well, if there´s a ring that can be described like that, then it´s probably the ysl-arty ring...Whether Alexa Chung, Kim Kardashian or Dree Hemingway- all profess to love for this gem.  Blogger and It-Girls of the world do quite agree and almost every thinks this treasure would suit her the most. Unfortunately with 250$ it´s not really a bargain.

On ebay I´ve found a similar treasure. Of course, not the real one. Probably you won´t get the "It-Feeling" with it. Maybe it´s a good interim solution for everyone who just thinks it´s a beautiful ring- at least until christmas...

WHAT A MAN...

Hugo Boss hat ihn jetzt also auch für sich entdeckt- Matthias Schweighöfer. Neben ihm stehen neuerdings auch Orlando Bloom und Luis Hamilton für die Werbekampagne des Parfümklassikers vor der Linse. Alle 3 sind sehr erfolgreich und stehen für eine junge, smarte Männergeneration. Dass Herr Schweighöfer gewählt wurde, erfreut ungemein, kenne ich doch niemanden, der ihn nicht sympathisch findet. Frauen geraten ins Schwärmen und Männer können sich jetzt also dufttechnisch in seine Spur begeben. Wunderbar. Einziger Wermutstropfen...- Selten wurden Werbefotos so schlecht retuschiert.

Hugo Boss has discovered him now- Matthias Schweighöfer. Orlando Bloom and Luis Hamilton are also the new faces for the campaign of Hugo Boss. They are all very successful in what they do, young and part of the new smart generation. The fact that Mr. Schweighöfer has been selected pleases me because I don´t know anybody who doesn´t like him as much as I do. Women are in love and men are able to smell like him now. Wonderful! The only drawbreak...-rarely, photos retouched so bad.

Wer?
Mein Name ist Frauke. Ich bin 23 und komme aus Berlin.

Was?
Mein Blog befasst sich mit der Poesie des Lebens, zumindest dem, was ich dafür halte. Dazu zählen die großen und kleinen Dinge des Lebens. Mode, Musik, Kunst und natürlich alles andere. Es wird also eine kunterbunte Mischung. Bunt muss es sein!

Wann?
Ich starte den Blog nach langem Überlegen heute, dem 14. Juni 2011.

Wo?
Ich lebe in Berlin und studiere auch hier. Momentan ist es die Skandinavistik, mit der ich mich beschäftige. Daher auch der Blogname...Allerdings will ich versuchen, im nächsten Semester das Fach zu wechseln und etwas kreativeres anzufangen.

Warum?
Einfach, um mich euch mitzuteilen und eventuell ein Feedback zu bekommen. Ich hoffe auch, Leute kennenzulernen, die vielleicht ähnlich ticken und die gleichen Leidenschaften im Leben haben, wie ich.

Who?

My name is Frauke. I´m 23 and come from Berlin.

What?

This blog is about the poetry of life- at least from what I reckon. That means the big and the small things of life like fashion, music, art and everything else. Most important- It has to be colorful!

When?

I start the blog after lots of thought on 14th June 2011.

Where?

I live in Berlin and I also study here. Currently I´m studying scandinavian studies. Hence the name of the blog...I will try to change my subject to a little more creative one.

Why?

To share my thoughts and maybe get some feedback! I hope to meet interesting people who do have the same passions in life as I do.
